Minisize - A Smart Way to Sample Skincare

Problem: Many consumers hesitate to invest in full-sized skincare products without knowing if they’ll work for them.
Solution: Minisize offers travel-size versions that let users try various products across six categories: cleansers, toners, serums, essences, moisturizers, and masks. Each bundle is curated for a specific skin issue.

The Team
For this project, we split into different teams—Project Management, UX, Development, and Business—to work together more efficiently. It helped us stay on top of things!
Project Management
We embraced Scrum and Agile Methodology to keep things moving smoothly. Every week, we'd meet on campus to chat about what we’d accomplished, plan our next steps, and tackle any challenges together.
When we weren’t meeting face-to-face, we stayed connected online through Google Meets for virtual meetings and used Discord for real-time updates and brainstorming sessions.
To keep everything organized and on track, Notion was our go-to project management tool—it helped us keep things clear, structured, and easy to follow.
Digital Marketing
As the head of the Business Team, I took charge of figuring out how to promote our brand and website, as well as crafting a digital campaign. We brainstormed and decided on a mix of posters, flyers, social media posts, and video ads as our key deliverables.
Since Minisize was envisioned as a new and growing company, our main focus was building Brand Awareness. We chose Instagram as our go-to platform, where we shared eye-catching posts and video ads to get the word out.
Crafting Our Message: Minisize Video Ads
For our digital marketing strategy, we created six unique video advertisements using free video materials from Pexels. We also made three versions of one key ad to tailor the message to different audiences:

The voice-over featured our main tagline: 'Aim Big, Start Small, Start with Minisize.' I even had the opportunity to lend my voice for these ads!
